Shipping to Residential Addresses

If the shipping address is a residence, orders over $300 will be shipped "Signature Required" for security. Someone over 21 years of age must be at the residence at time of delivery to accept and sign for the order. The order may be sent to a local UPS location for pickup if no one is available to sign at time of delivery.

Different Shipping Address

Due to the elevated risk of credit card fraud, The DermLite Store reserves the right to refuse an order with a shipping address that does not match the address on file with the credit card or PayPal. If the addresses do not match, please have the order shipped to a clinic or hospital so we can verify the recipient.

Foreign Credit Cards

Generally we do not accept credit cards registered outside of the USA. However, in some cases we can accept a foreign card if the product can be delivered to a UPS facility located in the USA. In this case, a valid photo ID will be required for pickup and the ID name must match the name on the credit card. Please contact us to make these arrangements.

Payment Information

The DermLite Store accepts major credit cards registered to a bank located in the USA. The DermLite Store also accepts payments through PayPal.

International Customers

Due to international distributor agreements, The DermLite Store can ship to USA addresses only. Sorry, no exceptions. Please see the local distributor in your region.

Shipping to Contiguous USA

Shipping using UPS 2nd Day Air is included for orders over $300, otherwise UPS Ground is available for $15.00. Expedited options may be available at checkout. If you have special needs for shipping, please call us for a quote. Orders are usually shipped within one business day, but may be longer due to holidays or other factors. Please contact us to confirm shipping if the arrival date is critical.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska is $45 for UPS Ground. If you have special needs for shipping, please call us for a quote. Orders are usually shipped within one business day, but may be longer due to holidays or other factors. Please contact us to confirm shipping if the arrival date is critical.

Shipping Errors and Damage

Errors and damage during shipment need to be reported to us within five days of receipt.

Sales Tax (Texas Only)

Sales tax will be collected for orders shipping to Texas addresses only.
